BridgeWorks offers the unique combination of a classic Baby Boomer—Lynne Lancaster—and an entrepreneurial Generation Xer—David Stillman—who enjoy working together and learning from one another. Besides being best-selling authors, Lynne and David are speakers who know how to engage and inspire. They are experts on the generations who deliver rich content sprinkled with large doses of humor. Whether they present jointly or individually, they will expose the sometimes frustrating, often hilarious, and always thought-provoking pitfalls of working (and living) with the other generations. Lynne and David have backgrounds in consulting, marketing and management, and the solutions they offer for bridging workplace generation gaps are based on years of research and hands-on experience.
Lynne and David recently welcomed Joe Marlotti to the BridgeWorks Team. An experienced professional comedian, Joe has been entertaining audiences for nearly twenty years as a corporate emcee and headliner in some of the country's top clubs. As the star of BridgeWorks’ TimesFour, Joe engages audiences through four generations of characters so familiar they could be your boss, your co-worker or live in your house. And he convincingly delivers the show’s message: No single generation has all the answers—no group is right or wrong—we’re just different.
BridgeWorks’ presentations use case studies, statistics, and real-time examples to support rich content, as well as a vibrant selection of multimedia images—PowerPoint slides, clips from movies, and TV commercials. We tailor each program to a client’s industry and business objectives by gathering information from a pre-program questionnaire and through interviewing selected leaders/employees to learn as much as possible about their work environment, demographics, and generational issues. Finally, we review websites, ad campaigns, recruiting brochures, and other pertinent materials and pull generational examples to enhance learning. If appropriate, we also look at similar organizations as a way of benchmarking.
