Nicole is BridgeWorks’ marketing manager and in-house graphic designer. She ensures that all of BridgeWorks’ outgoing content stays branded and remains true to BW’s witty, smart, and relatable tone. Her work includes—but is certainly not limited to—creating marketing materials and keynote decks, designing reports, creating social media graphics and email newsletters, and making the BridgeWorks annual holiday gift. As with all BridgeWorksians, however, Nicole wears many hats; she has researched global generations and closely follows generational dynamics in the political sphere. She is the self-proclaimed GIF queen of the office and will find any opportunity to use them.

Originally hired as a summer intern, Nicole acquired the nickname “Timm” from day one, when CEO Debra proclaimed, “You don’t look like a Nicole. So we aren’t going to call you that. We’re going to call you… Timm, with two M’s of course.” Since then, “Nicole” has been used sparingly, as a mother would call her child after finding a broken vase—reserved for only the most serious of situations. Nicole stayed on board after realizing this quirky group of intelligent weirdos had become her #workfamily.

Nicole is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a BA in graphic design and film production. As a self-proclaimed Traditionalist/grandmother at heart, Nicole’s ideal evening is a good book and a few episodes of The Golden Girls.
