  • Utilizing a generationally-relevant approach to deliver the message to Gen Z that trades and manufacturing careers are viable, valuable, and fulfilling.
  • Peer-to-peer network established in high schools.
  • Video-heavy website enabling career assessment, learning, and connection.
  • Job, career training, and scholarship boards allow for practical first steps to be taken.
