Phoebe leads BridgeWorks’ research and writing efforts, delivering actionable insights and innovative solutions to organizations challenged to retain and engage a diverse, multi-generational workforce. Her experience applying generational research to illuminate the “why” behind human behaviors for Kantar, a global market research consultancy, uniquely positions her to empower companies with the know-how to nurture more meaningful human connections within and beyond the workplace. She works alongside Phil Gwoke, Managing Director, and other members of the BridgeWorks team focused on consulting, keynotes, and training.
