Sean leads and supports research, writing, and product development and deployment efforts for BridgeWorks. A Master in Applied Sociology and member of Gen Z, Sean brings invaluable expertise and perspective to both BridgeWorks' generational and DEIB solutions. Before BridgeWorks, Sean led consulting efforts with The Social Research Lab at the University of Northern Colorado and conducted generational research for Springtide Research Institute.
